Dearborn Elementary Charter Academy prioritizes students' Social Emotional learning and growth. In recognition of successful PBIS Implementation, we were awarded the Bronze Implementation Award, reflecting excellence in the implementation of the core features of PBIS. Our goal for next year is SILVER!

Dearborn's PBIS (Positive Behavior and Intervention Strategies) program uses Restorative Practices (RPs) and a reflective, growth mindset approach to improving student behavior and social emotional skills. 

 

Dearborn's Adopted Social Emotional Learning Curriculum is 2nd Step. Our curriculum focuses on teaching students important social emotional skills.
